I think you have extra wave phone on there twice. I also don't think you need to have the fuel supplement charge. I don't think they add that on to the passengers after you make your final payment, do they?
I'm happy to say we don't have to worry with 90% or more of these.

Good catch the wave phone. Fuel supplement may or may not be an expense, I didn't consider it part of the basic cruise fare.

Also, #48 - Fish Extender program gifts isn't run or in any way affiliated with Disney or DCL, so while it is an additional cost, it's right up there with buying a new bathing suit or a gown for formal night. If you want to include it, then perhaps have two lists... one you buy from DCL or that DCL profits from and one that includes extras that are not involving for DCL, but may arise from the nature of the cruise. You could add independent excursions in that second list, as well. Customs would also fall in this category.

A small footnote to #17: parking at the PC port is free if you have a converted wheelchair accessible van - and the wheelchair user is in the van.

Canvas & Cocktails (21+) was $45 and totally worth it. Not sure if they offer this on all cruises or just select ones.

That's a good point...but I wonder if it is a "required" expense (if you participate), just like tipping shore excursion hosts doesn't go through Disney, but it a cruise-related expense you need to be prepared for. I can see how you could go down the rabbit hole of everything you have to buy for the cruise you wouldn't if you weren't going (such as the bathing suit example). You've got a great point, though.

This is a crowdsourced list, not my own. Maybe others might have ideas?

Got it, added. thanks!

Why are candy at the theater and popcorn at the theater two different line items instead of just candy and popcorn at the theater?

I see you have excursion tips and cabana host tips, but don't see excursions or cabanas shown as additional expenses? (perhaps I missed them....)

I get it and it is a good thing, especially for new cruisers. However, any of the other times I've seen this list, it's generally posted in response to people complaining about the 'nickel and diming' RCCL or Celebrity or Carnival, etc. do to their guests. The point being that DCL also has extra charges. That's why I thought it might be important to have the list separated. No other reason. :)

I love this list and it is wonderfully complete, but because it is so complete, I have trouble finding things on it. So I thought I might take a stab at sorting it. Trouble is, as soon as you start to sort it, you do it in a way that makes more sense for some than for others. (I might not need childcare, you might not need DVC, etc.) So I at least tried to group them by similar things, like food or entertainment or souvenirs. It might make it easier for people to find things. You are the "keeper of the list." Feel free to adopt this or not, as you choose. Thanks again for compiling this!

Dole whips are also an extra charge :(.

Is that at Vanellopes?

What about Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?

That is one of the stores.

Why are candy at the theater and popcorn at the theater two different line items instead of just candy and popcorn at the theater?

No real reason! I guess it makes sense to combine them.

I see you have excursion tips and cabana host tips, but don't see excursions or cabanas shown as additional expenses? (perhaps I missed them....)

Those are all shore excursions (even the cabanas)...see item 4.

Nice idea...I like it. I'll rearrange, sure does make it easier to find things.

Great. My arrangement was really just an example. Not even a suggestion. I'm sure you can come up with an order that puts more frequent or more expensive or more popular ones at the top and still makes it easier to find things. Thanks again!

Bibbity Bobbity Boutique isn't really a store. That's like calling the spa a store. Plenty of people use if for the makeover without buying a dress. Especially on pirate night.

Dole Whips are at the smoothie station on the Magic. I know some people disagree with whether they should be called that, but it's what the sign says.

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a beauty salon for kids. It exists at the Disney parks and now on the cruise ships. Little girls get their hair and makeup done and then they can buy costumes to match. The cost can run between $50 and $200 and there are also packages for boys such as being turned into a pirate.

Is that at Vanellopes?

Nope, Vanellope's is in indoor candy and ice cream shop near Cabanas. Dole whip is a pineapple soft serve that on the Dream was sold for about $5 at an outside counter on the pool deck near where they have the free soft serve machines.
