DCA power walk

Anyone go on the power walk around DCA lately? For someone like me who is into trivia about the parks, does the guide cover anything interesting along the way or point anything out? Is this a tour that instead of money I spend calories?

They talk a little bit but you are power walking pretty fast so unless you are right next to the guide you really won't hear much. LOL
