Daytona to Orlando

How would you go about getting a 22 year old from Daytona to Orlando? My niece's boyfriend will be in Daytona for a tournament right before our next planned group trip to Orlando. How do we get him from Daytona to Lake Buena Vista? We are probably going to be staying off-site, if that matters at all.

Rental car or Amtrak train Greyhound bus

Greyhound is $11 each way. Takes and hour 10 minutes

I dont know the details but I do know there is a shuttle that runs from Daytona to I think Orlando Airport. (My Mom lives in the Daytona area). Good luck!
