i think I've figured out the Roman storyline.

Everyone is so preoccupied with Roman being the real Roman, John, Stephano, Tony, etc. What if the real imposter is Marlena (I'm not talking Hattie again...I'm going really back) Here's my idea:


Long before Salem.....Marlena and her twin (I can't remember her name) are in an accident that causes them to switch personalities. The one believing she is Marlena is so tramatized by her 'husband' trying to cure her (Dr. North) that she leaves town and moves to Salem. Her husband spends years researching amnesia in hopes to somehow cure his wife. He's been following her life for years hoping one day for a way to get her back. He finds out about her current amnesia and hopes her can bring back her real memory.


Of course, she eventually realize that no matter who she is she really is in love with stinky John!!! Boooo.......

The actor that is playing Dr. North is Wayne Northrop (sp?) who is the same actor that originated the role as Roman Brady. I really really hope he turns out to be the REAL Roman after all! I loved Wayne Northrop as Roman.

I wanted to post that about "Chris" too, but I couldn't spell his last name!! I liked him much better as Chris. And I would love to see the return of Eugene and Calliope (sp??) too!

And, don't you love the appropriate aging of Wayne Northrop? Look at his (appropriately) aging face then look at Marlana.

I really enjoyed watching the old clips of Frankie and Jenn. That's actually when I started watching Days, when they were dating. I do however like Jack with Jenn. I really don't want to see Frankie and Jenn together, although it looks like it's heading that way.

I really hope they make Mimi and Belle enemies. I really liked when Mimi slapped Belle. I've always found Belle's character annoying, don't know why.

Did you see Dr. North's flashes of he and Marlena at the end of today's show? Looks like TXTink has a pretty good theory, and I so hope it's correct. They can't bring this actor back without making him the real Roman.

I'm glad Frankie has returned, too, but I hope Jack doesn't really die. He's one of my favorites.

I second the opinion of Belle. Very annoying, especially with the new actress portraying her. Can't stand it at all. As far as I'm concerned, they should keep her with Phillip, even though this baby will be Shawn's. Too bad Mimi's leaving the show...

I didn't get a chance to see all of Days today, the mail came and I got involved in reading my son's calendar for next year. (Gotta count all those days off LOL) I'll need to watch soap net tonight and see all the Marlena and Dr. North spots.

I have never liked Drake Hogestyn.... He has to be one of the worst actors ever, IMO... The way he always sniffs and raises one eyebrow...uuug!

I could really care less about the whole Roman/Marlena storyline. I just saw thr previews for tomorrows show and it shows Sami with Lucas and it seems like she gets the information she is looking for. I hope it isn't just a teaser and Kate gets whats coming to her.

This won't be easy! But, here goes!.....

Roman Brady was played by actor Wayne Northrop in the 80's (and early 90's I think). Wayne left the show...
Then..
Roman Brady was played by actor Drake Hogestyn until they figured out that he wasn't really Roman Brady, he was really John Black.
Then...
Roman Brady came back and was played by Josh Taylor, who plays him now. (What is more confusing is Josh Taylor used to play Chris Kositchek! That character is no longer on the show)


So! There are 3 different actors on the Days that have all played Roman Brady at one time or another! Confused? I know I am!!

I wish Wayne Northrop would end up being the REAL Roman Brady, but I have a feeling he is going to just be someone from Marlana's past. That way they can still use the old clips in flashbacks....

As much sense as it could with this show!!

I think you are right, Josh Taylor was there when John switched from Roman to John! Good grief! It's hard to keep up!!
