I believe in the whole 'GREEN' thing but on DOOL it is just so annoying and queer the way they are keeping it as an upfront world issue with the characters. Really do you think that was OMB's last dying wish, doubt it.

I want Morgan and Phillip to hook up now, let Lucas have Chloe they are both annoying.

How exciting to find a thread about DOOL! No one I know watches it (besides my DD) since one of my BFF has passed away.

I love the new John! It's exciting to watch the direction Drake is taking his "new" character. As for "Blondie" I'm glad she's gone for awhile. I'm very tired of the character Marlena!!! Give the new John a new love! Hope? I liked watching her recently telling him about their tryst on the submarine!

The writer strike sure messed up DOOL since the writers at the time were let go or whatever. I was glad to see some old faces return--Anna, Tony, Kayla, Steve. Now lets give them something to do. What happened to the winner of the Soap Star contest who won a 13 week DOOL contract??? Didn't see much of her & she was good on the contest show.

The actor who plays Max, Darrin Brooks, is great! I like him with Stephanie, Shelly Henning. They're cute together. I'm looking forward to finding out why he's been so angry lately.

Put Chelsea back with Nick; it was stupid to put her with Daniel. As far as Kate, put her with Roman. I like their interactions together.

Give Victor a larger role, too. It's gonna be interesting to watch how he handles Phillip, who is fun to watch wielding his new-found power. I like Phillip with Morgan. She's doing a good job.

I agree something is going on with Hope and John lately. She was mad that Ava was there with him. Understandable but I to saw how she acted when they were flashing back to Princess Gina.

I have been watching Days a long time. Must be getting old because today Max said he had a good family after the Brady's and Frankie found him. Thought Frankie and Max were true brothers.

I can see a who killed the Dean coming....Max is mad at him and today did say he was his father. Nicole is hiding something. I am sure there will be other suspects helping the two to protect them. That is just my thought!!

When I saw E.J. yesterday too I thought why is his hair so black....

Frankie was on the streets, and took Max in- treated him like a brother, although they aren't biologically related. The Bradys adopted both of them.

Frankie was later discovered to be Franllin Von Leuchner, the brother of Caterina (Dr Carly Manning, who was in love with Bo, one of the times Hope was "dead"). Carly and Lawrence Alamain eventually got together and left Salem.

Yup, Carly was buried alive by eeeevil Aunt Vivian Alamain (and her servant, Ivan). She and Lawrence also had a son, Nicky (she was a teen mother, and the child was taken away and raised by Vivian as her own, but Carly didn't know).

The Alamains were very prominent on Days when I was watching in the late 80's/early 90's. Carly was a boarding school friend of Jennifer Horton. And Lawrence was a bad guy, but HOTT!!

I don't want him with either Kate or Lexie nor Chelsea, so his pickins' are slim for single woman in Salem.

I thought I read that Ava is not going to be a long term character, so that would leave her out...not sure of the validity of that though

I think they are bringing in the long-lost father storyline with Max to distance him some more from the Brady's and to remind people he was adopted by them so he and Steph won't be seen as a 'family member' in love with 'another family member'..although if you look at bloodlines, they really are not related. I think they are a great couple together, but sometimes I think about the fact that he is her uncle, even if through adoption.

Marlena and John are boring to me right now. And they need to give Steve & Kayla some sort of meaningful storyline, they are letting them just molt like birds in the background. The Ava thing was ok, but it still isn't the storyline I'd like to see for them. I guess I have to really except that soaps are not what they used to be and they are what they are.

I was just watching yesterday's episode. When Kate was yelling at Daniel, he was playing with his ring finger, like it should have a wedding band. Then when Kate compared the situation to Lexie, she used Abe as the point of reference.

OK I think I do remember. I believe Nicole shot him. He was in that story line about the missing ruby necklace that belonged to Alice and Shawn D brought it back for her. Her father had raped the girl that is still in a coma. Can't remember her name.

Nicole knows him from somewhere and is scared of him, guess we have to wait and see.

They will have to be careful because we know to much about Kate's past. With her ex and Billie and Austin, fling with Bill Horton. Disappeared on the fish boat... But this is Days after all where John Black has been a member of everyone's family by now.
