I would think they would have to do something on the show. She is still mentioned and was such a huge part. Seems wrong not to acknowledge her legacy as more then just putting up some text at the end of an episode. At least I hope they do. I'd love an entire episode of flashbacks of her life and storylines.

Yes he is and I wouldn't count on the police in Salem either.

Haven't read when it ends. I did read a spoiler saying they find Sydney's bloody clothes in the lake. So I don't know if that is E.J trying to go away with Sydney. He did say to Johnny the other day they were going away with there sister. So Sami never sees her again.

I have a feeling Nicole will come back when she remembers who the voice is. That would be Anna and they will let her out of jail for helping. Because she is back taping shows now I believe. Can't keep her in jail forever.

If Rafe or the Salem PD were any good they would have trailed E.J a long time ago. Surprised Stephano didn't either. He has been acting strange for a while now.

So sad, but what a life she had!!!! Not everyone is as lucky to live a good long life.

I really hope the show does something more than they did for Mickey. I felt that was way too fast and just rushed.
It would be nice if they did a bunch of flashbacks of her.

I've watched Days since the 80s and I love Alice Horton!

I hope they don't rush Alice's funeral either. But what we are seeing now was taped in Dec. Not sure how they will fit this in unless it is much later in the year.

I think I read that her memorial wasn't going to be until April.

Hopefully they will give her a respectful tribute episode. She has been onthe show since the beginning and it would only be right to pay tribute to her in some fashion. Something rushed or lack luster would create a stir in the Days community I would think. It's sad that she passed without seeing her onscreen one last time.

I agree; the writers better come up with one heck of tribute to Grandma Horton! Lets hope characters that are referred to onscreen will be able to show up for it. Perhaps that's why this won't be on-air for several weeks?

They tape this shows weeks and weeks ahead they won't mention her passing until they tape her death on screen.


I hope they do better then they did for poor Mickey, The character of Mickey had been on the show since the start of the show;.

Could someone explain the whole EJ/Ari thing? I know Ari was working undercover to expose the leader of a drug ring, (EJ), but now it seems like they are getting chummy. Do either one of them know what the other was trying to do? I thought EJ knew that Ari was working for him, but it doesn't seem like he does............I don't know, I don't watch everyday, so maybe that is why I am confused. Can someone explain that whole situation to me, it's buggin' me!! TIA.

They are getting chummy because he saved her live when Troy tried to kill her. I couldn't believe when she told him she was working undercover to well find him.... I do believe he knew she was , how could he not.

I hope they don't put these two together since Sami seems to have gone back to Rafe again.....

I hope they do a tribute show similar to the one GH did when John Beradino died (Steve hardy).

As far as the lackluster tribute they did for Mickey, the actor who played him did not die, that's why I'm thinking they didn't do much. Although it would have been nice if they did a little more for "killing" the character off.

For us old times I agree about Mickey but he really hasn't been on the show in a long time.. So I can kinda see why they did what they did.. But thats me.
