Daybed question

I am getting a daybed for my spare room/TV room/toy spot...I am looking at quilts or comforters to put on it. My question is, what size do you get? Do you get a full/queen for a twin daybed, so that it hangs down lower? Or would that look awkward? I am confused...

They make special ones for Daybeds but DD doesn't like those so she just has a twin comforter on hers and it looks fine. You could try looking online at Domestications to see the different styles. I think they have them there.

Thanks, I will check it out. I am not wild about the daybed ones I have seen, so I am leaning toward the comforter idea. We'll see...

I'd probably get a full/queen. My neighbor has a daybed and she has a twin comforter on it and it's long enough on the sides, but the ends are short and so you can see her mattress and sheets.
