David's DVC: When to put in request?

My 7 month mark is tomorrow. I was told if I filled out the request tonight while they are closed they would get it first thing in the morning and then not be charged the extra $2 premium rate yet when I go to fill out the request it still bring up the premium rate. Is this what I will be charged or will Davids adjust this when they receive it in the morning? Anyone have experience with this?

A "Home Resort Booking Premium" of $2.00 per point will be added to the cost of any reservation that is secured more than 7 months in advance of the arrival date at the following selected resorts

If you are booking at the 7 month mark, I expect you will not pay the extra cost per point. Why not call David's Rentals and ask?

I could not call last night because they were closed at the time. I was attempting to get my request in before others. My 7 month mark was today but I was hoping to put my request in last night so it would be the first they would see how ever the website did not bring down the price per point until after midnight which is when I then sent in my request. unfortunately there is availability for my request but they did not have DVC owners with the required amount of points yet so we have been put on a waiting list.
