Daughter not falling asleep..any advice?

Unless Benadryl makes you jittery and works opposite. True and sad. I guess its hereditary cause it has the same effect on my dad, me, and one son.

My kids, too. I made the mistake of giving DS (then 3) benedryl to help him sleep on our first airplane ride. Egads....

When he was little, he would wake up with "night frights" after sleeping about an hour -- I bought him a dream catcher and explained what it did -- he never had another night fright. Helped with DD when she went through that phase.
