Dates for value vs. regular seasons??

I've been to a lot of different web-sites, read a ton of books. Most of the sites are saying the value season for deluxes is the same as for mods and AllStars. Didn't it used to start after the 4th of July? Now it looks like it's regular season until 8/24 then the value season starts. I'm confused now. I guess I could just call WDW but some of the CMs don't seem to be very knowledgable at the moment. Any of you know anything concrete?

I've found the information on this site to be very accurate. It says that the value season for the deluxe hotels is Value Season: January 1 - February 12; July 4 - October 1; November 2 - December 19.

The value season for the moderates is Value Season: January 1 - February 12; August 24 - October 1; November 2 - December 19


The value season for the value hotels is Value Season: January 1 - February 12; August 24 - October 1; November 2 - December 19/

That's what I found also. Other sites, including Deb Wills have the deluxes with no summer-time value season. Maybe just a misprint, so to speak. I think I'll just assume the value season for deluxes covers my 8/16-8/23 visit. Thanks.
