So Darren is on vacation all week so I'm going to try and make Brynn some bows to wear on our trip. I already bought some ribbon and I found some really cute designs. I hope it's not too difficult

I'll post some pictures if they turn out ok!

So Darren is on vacation all week so I'm going to try and make Brynn some bows to wear on our trip. I already bought some ribbon and I found some really cute designs. I hope it's not too difficult

No Disney ribbon but some instructions for Disney designed clips. We'll see how they turn out!!

At least in the past, as long as you check in by the date that the promotion is on you get the promotion. So as long as things haven't changed, yes you would qualify for free dining.

Wellllllll, I haven't attempted any yet! Darren was off the whole week last week and we were busy doing some things as a family. We saw Toy Story 3 On Ice. GREAT show!! It made me feel like I was in Disney for awhile!
I'll post pics once I get around to making some!

Ok, so it turns out that we're eligible to get free dining for our trip (thanks tlhbdm!).
So we talked it over. Darren thinks it won't be worth it because we like to eat at offsite restaurants and ones that aren't on the dining plan. Plus, all of my ADRs would get thrown out the window because it would be quick service dining.
So no dining for us this year. We're keeping our room discount!

I still haven't made any bows for Brynn yet, but I'm going to soon. I've been trying to potty train Brayden and I'm going crazy

They say that a room discount works out about the same financially as having free dining (and that's what I always heard, based on the free BASIC dining plan so I think you made the right choice). Especially since you don't eat all your meals offsite. I'm just glad that y'all are doing a few disney sit down meals. FINALLY!!

That's good to know! Yeah, I probably would have been more disappointed about skipping free dining if I wasn't so excited about my table service ADRs!! Bout time we do some!

Yeah as Cheri said, it works out about the same on the savings either way so it's a win no matter what. But since you eat a lot of meals off site I think you made the right choice. I too am glad you're finally eating at some TS places though! You're gonna LOVE it

GL with the potty training. I'm dreading that when Alex gets old enough. I told Chris that's his job because I don't have the right "equipment"
