I am very pleased about the video call option and being able to apply for the DAS before arriving at the park. But the wording about how many times you’re able to use the DAS is super confusing. And if it’s not clear to those of us who are in the habit of studying these things, it’s going to be even more confusing to the casual guest.
And I’m assuming that requests for accommodations not covered by the DAS are still going to be handled the same way (ask whatever CM happens to be stationed at each attraction at the moment and hope they feel in the mood to grant it)? As long as they’re overhauling systems anyway, I kind of wish they had taken the time to refine this process while they were at it.
