Darth Maul and JTA

Hi! I went last year and arrived at 1:00 and had my pick of times for the rest of the day. I picked the last one because of FPs and ADRs. My boys got to fight at night, it was pretty cool.

Anyways, during the day we saw Darth Maul. It was in September if it matters. What time does Darth Maul usually appear? Is this something I can plan for at all? My little middle wants to fight Maul! lol
