Does anyone have a dark spot facial creme that works? I know that it will only fade them not totally remove them. Thanks.

A product called Glytone worked for me after trying EVERYTHING!
It's also very important to wear sunscreen, I never "go out in the sun" so to speak, but just walking to your car and driving with the window down will make those spots darker

I had great luck with the Oil of Olay deep penetrating foaming facial moisturizer(might be more to the name.... I know it was supposed to lighten spots too). I had a large dark "sun spot" on my cheek that was getting bigger and darker over the years. Faithful use of this O of O product over the course of a few months and I can no longer see that spot.... at all!! And that was a few years ago and it hasn't returned............P

Sunscreen before you get more! I used something the dermatologist gave my DD for acne (like RetinA) it toned them down quite a bit. His nurse mentioned that it was good for sun spots too, which means she noticed mine! I had one on my cheek and it's gone now.

Not the OP, but bumping this one up to see if there are any other responses...since I am interested too.

At my yearly check up, I asked my family dr for some skin lightning creame. I had a huge age mark across half my forehead after having kid#3 that was not lightening up. My sister called it Anarctica but I thought it favored New Guinea. It was huge and very noticable. The dr gave 4% hydroquinone cream and it costs about $60 a tube. Worked great and the outline is barely noticable and can be easily covered with powder foundation. Some of the products already mentioned contain 2% hydroquinone. Google hydroquinone. There is some concern over it's safety but the consensus is that it works.
