Btw, I can see 3 in the picture...what are their sexes and markings? Obviously, the calico I am seeing is a girl...how about the rest? It almost looks like there are 2 calicos? It appears that you *might* have more girls than you think.
calicos- (tricolors) are almost guaranteed female- there is the possibility that a calico can be male...but it is very rare.
It's easy to sex them when you have tri-coloreds (calicos) because you can then compare their parts to the others and the 'different ones' will be boys, LOL.
Obviously, only a vet could tell you for sure.

Sometimes it takes awhile for our DH to get used to these ideas. I had to work on my DH for quite some time and it's really all Poohandwendy's fault since her kitten's really got me wanting them (I'd wanted them, but had planned on waiting a year or 2). In the end, when my DH finally agreed to get a kitten (I wanted 2, but didn't share that with my DH and wasn't going to push my luck) we went to Petsmart adoption day and he wanted to bring home 3 kittens. I put my foot down and we brought home 2 to add to our already busy household of 2 dogs and 2 cats, plus 4 children.

I have to call the foster mom and tell her what these kittens have done!
I can understand pet limits to a certain degree (no kennels, breeding, hoarding of pets) or too many outside pets, but when they are kept inside like my cats are that's too bad. And it's not as if ferrets or cats bark.
But nothing that your neighbors would hear, unlike my neighbors barking dog! Or mine, for that matter, even though I do bring my dogs inside when they bark.
Daphne must be exhausted. Is she eating a lot?
