It was a great show this week.
Paulina- I really love her personality so I hope she does well. She seems to have the natural grace like Stacy did and the ability to look good no matter what she is doing because of it, but she's too afraid to be dropped & that's effecting her dancing. She needed to wiggle it some more last night. Her partner won the competition the first year with Kelly. He's Edyta's dance parnter in real life. Shame he's smaller than Paulina that might be what's spooking her. Not sure she has the fan base to carry on too long.
Shandi-- Sometimes she reminds me of Stacy. She does ok, but she's really bland at dancing. Her partner reminds me of one of Joey Lawrence's brothers. I think they might go first cuz they don't seem to have the fan base.
Leeza-- Honestly in my opinion I think she should be the first to go. She tries really hard, but I just don't think she's a dancer. I was amazed at how low she went backwards last night. She does have Tony in her corner so that's a big plus!!! She might stay awhile because she's America's sweetheart.
Heather-- WOW she was really amazing with that back walk over. I think she loosened up some with the others so that's helped with her dancing. I really don't want to like her because of the divorce (stupid I know) but she's doing great. I bet she'd really blow the place away if she wasn't disabled. Not sure she has the fan base to stay, but she will get all of the disabled peoples votes I'm sure.
Laila-- WOW she was really hot last night dancing. She was shaking it like you were supposed to. She really surprised me with her dancing. She's better than I thought, but honestly I think her arms are too big & its effecting her dancing. How funny was Maks being upset that her arms looked bigger than his. I could see Laila or even Heather (if she has the fan base) in the top 3.
Apolo-- He is really really good. He seems like a natural. I love his partner she is sooo cute. Anyone notice the sliding-- it was a nod to his skating-- Carrie Anne didn't like it. I could see Apolo in the top 3 or even possibly winning it.
Ian-- I think he did well. I think he could do alot better but he tends to overanylize things. How funny was it that he kept kicking himself?!? His dad was funny too. I think Cheryl will keep him going, but I don't think she'll be crowned a 3rd time. I couldn't believe how the judges picked him apart so much especially when letting Leeza slide on so many things.
Clyde-- He's ok, I don't think he's that bad, but he's not done anything spectacular. He might last awhile depending on his fan base, but I don't think so.
Billy Ray-- Started off slow, but really improved during the dance. I think he's gonna have a hard time because he's not a dancer and I think he's a little too into appearances to really let himself go and relax. I think Miley is gonna be a big draw for him-- wonder if she's gonna sing. I'm surprised at how quiet Karina is being this year.
John-- He is doing amazingly well. He seems like a natural. Kind of surprising more because of his weight then because of his age. I think its a real good thing that guy Vincent dropped out, he probably would have hurt himself.
Joey-- Great as always. He is such a funny guy. Love Kim too. I bet he'll make it into the top 3, but I don't think he'll win. He might with the big fan base and the humor, but I think the judges might keep him down a little because they expect more.
I think I got everyone. The judges are acting kind of goofy this year. You can see them fawning over some people & then really criticizing others. They were too harsh on Ian.
Hmmm, I'm thinking it might be Shandi going home tonight.
I LOVE Paulina, as she is a Czech and SO am I!
Hope she stays around awhile. Also Billy Ray, he is a Hoot, and I have always liked him.
Apolo I am beginning to like, and of course John and Joey!
Clive-mr. no upper lip- can go as far as I am concerned.
