Thanks Karyn and Lisa for visiting my journal!!
Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: PB&J sandwich w/an apple (the sandwich was made with: "light" wheat bread, reduced-fat PB, and sugar-free raspberry jelly)
Lunch: 2 soft chicken tacos from Del Taco and I ate some carrot sticks to get my veggies in.
Dinner: ate at mom's...she made chicken burritos and she knows I am trying so she bought me whole wheat tortillas and didn't put a lot of "junk" on mine. She is Mexican and she uses a lot of lard to make food, but this time she didn't. 1 Chicken burrito w/chicken, tomatoes, LF cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa and 1 c my mom's special rice. It was yummy!!
I am hoping to lose about 10-15 pounds this month. I doubt I will lose as much as last month. The majority of the weight came off the first two weeks. Then I lost 4 pounds the last two weeks. Thank you everyone who reads my journal and supports me, I can't do it without your support!
