Jen, it's interesting to me how often you split up to do different things. It seems like that really works for you. Our family usually stays together for most everything. We may have to try separating.

I like that you take your morning walks by yourself. I would enjoy that...if I could ever sneak out without waking everyone up!

I love photopass. yes I shell out the money, but the last 2 trips I did a share so the cost was fractional. If we go in Dec and you are interested in a share I can direct you to a facebook share, or just PM me and we can get together . They are no longer allowed on Dis, but lots of people do them still. I have already prebought the CD for this next trip, and will definately try to lead a share if we go. I hopefully will know by mid Oct if we are going and I'll let you know if you are interested.

Yes, sometimes Claire hasn't been tall enough for stuff, so we take turns and do other stuff with her. Also Skip didn't want anything to do with BBB so he went and did the Richard Petty ride along while Claire and I went to that. We spend alot of time as a family, but do split up here and there and try to even it out for both of us. It works well for us.
Claire and Skip also like to sleep in. Well Skip's on chance to do so is on vacation and Claire has always been a late nighter and sleeps in. So I just do alot of resort exploring in the morning. I am a picture crazy person, so I am always taking tons of pictures.

We pre ordered last year and I had over 200 pictures before I added borders.
This year we are doing a share, if I wasn't in a share we weren't going to do it this year, so it will be nice not chasing down photographers this year

We had over a thousand pictures from last trip and I used some of them in a scrapbook but I put them all on a disk to watch when I miss Disney

Today my friend came over and we did each others hair. We both went to Cosmetology school together 20+ years ago and reconnected a few years ago when our daughters started preschool. Who would've thought we both had girls the same age and live so near each other now.
We usually do color and trim each others hair. Today I got the itch and had her cut quite a bit off.
I had Skip take pictures of it, but I look horrid. The flash makes my face look 10+ years older than I am, and for some reason I notice now my left eye is always squinty in pictures. Not sure what is up with that. Plus Skip thought he was funny and kept aiming the camera at my chest and taking pictures. if you want a nice chest shot of me, I have alot of those.

So heres some shots of it. I hate these pictures...well the one of the back of my head I like. I'm sure the guys will love them.

I just put them in photo albums, but I don't print all of them. I put alot in the TR, but only print my favorites. I put them all on disc too. I have alot of photoalbums though.

Thanks. I don't know if it makes me look younger, but I sure hated the pictures Skip and Claire were taking of me. Plus I have that nice round fat chin thing going..ICK!

Yes that dress is really high on ebay.



He has had an MRI, but they sent him to get the hip, but couldn't be done because it is metal, so the did the back instead. With this thing he said they used x-ray, but he described it as something going around him, so i don't think he knows exactly how they took the picture.

I bet it was a CAT or CT scan, which looks like a donut. Of course, it could have been a open MRI. I love medical imaging! Just, FYI, you can always ask for a cd of the imaging. Of course you won't know what you are looking at, but it sure is interesting!

Thursday, March 12, 2009.

Thursday is now known as the puke day of the trip. The last 2 trips, Claire had thrown up on Thursday....so we were ready for it if it happened again!

I woke at the crack of dawn again, went for a walk, did some laundry and by 9:45 Claire was up and receiving her princess gift of the day.

At 10 I ran out and took a picture of the life guards doing the official pool opening of the day

Soon we were all dressed and heading off to Epcot.

Skip and Claire were going to the Behind the Seeds tour, and I was going to walk around a bit on my own, with plans to meet back up and use our Soarin Fast passes.

After playing around on my own, I met back up with Skip and Claire and we got in the FP line for Soarin. This was a first for the whole family and we really liked it. It was the only big ride I think Claire requested to go back on, but of course the wait was too long, and I don't think we thought about getting FP's .

We did go and get FP's for Test Track and split up again. Skip went off to mission Space, and Claire and I were looking for characters.

By then Skip had called to meet back up with us. We told him to go to the UK, but he then told me he found Ireland, but not UK. LOL! "Um there is no Ireland here!"

We Finally met up and got in line for Alice and Mary Poppins.

We then got some lunch and toured World Showcase.

And then it was time for our Fastpass for Test Track.

After the ride, a purchase of a Test Track toy, and a quick change of clothes, it was time to go to Akershus for dinner.

After dinner we went to look for Snow White.

Spaceship Earth was next on the agenda, with a few stops for photopass on the way.

Next we headed over to Nemo and Turtle Talk with Crush.

Claire was picked to talk with Crush and it was so funny and then the tables turned and Crush talked to me.

Skip was starting to feel pain again, and Claire wanted to Swim, so we headed back to Pop, just as Illuminations were starting.

Skip went to rest and I took Claire swimming. She met some older kids in the pool (like early 20's) and they thought she was hilarious and played ball with her. When it was time for her to leave, they all acted sad that she had to go.

Claire and I then went in search of a snack,... icecream sundae from POP! MMM! She really attacked it and kept hitting my spoon away. LOL! Skip was mad we didn't bring one back for him. He thought we were keeping it a secret from him.
And then it was time for bed!

the new hair ! The color is soo pretty ! I need a cut and color myself but I'm so super picky when it comes to someone coloring and cutting my hair because 1 it takes for ever to grow back if they cut it to short I'm talking at least a year or two and 2 since it's long it costs so much to color so if I don't like the color it costs to much to change it .

I need a cut and color myself but I'm so super picky when it comes to someone coloring and cutting my hair because 1 it takes for ever to grow back if they cut it to short I'm talking at least a year or two and 2 since it's long it costs so much to color so if I don't like the color it costs to much to change it .

Thanks. Color for me is very cheap! I just buy what I need and she does it for free and vice versa. Since I like it, it wil lgrow back fast. But if I didn't it would take forever.
