D23 Predictions

That to me is great, I just never cared for the globe, it's about time Illuminations gets redone/even renamed.

The fate of Universe of Engergy I'm looking forward to the most to be announced, which isn't a prediction I guess, just an about time hopefully we here for real what's going I guess.

The new show is said to carry the same name but with a different ending than reflections of earth. Illuminations ismy favorite show at WDW so it will be a sad day when it finally leaves.

I am glad to hear it will keep the "Illuminations" part - gives me hope that it will have a similar *feel* to the current show

And I was worried about Wishes being replaced but they did a good job with Happily Ever After so I guess they get the benefit of the doubt from me ..... until they screw it up of course

New bet: Universe of Energy replaced with Universe of Ellenergy, a slow dark ride through the rise and eventual fall of celebrity Ellen Degeneres. (8,500-1 odds)

....I'll be wearing a barrel and living in a cardboard box in Henry Patter land.

Ugh, that Haunted Mansion restaurant. I would love such a place but I do worry about location.

I'm trying to picture where a rat ride and gondola station would go exactly. Any conjecture about that?

I hope that there is a lot of talk about Epcot. Also, my dream is discussion of a nighttime parade coming back to MK.

I thought NBA experience was already anounced for Disneyquest.

Rat will go to left of current France pavilion in the empty country expansion pad between France and Morocco.

Gondola station at Epcot is outside international Gateway. If you walked out of IG from Epcot it would be on the right.

Station to the right as you walk out! That helps a lot because I somehow had it reversed.

I'd just like to let everyone know to not let their hopes get too high as Disney actually doesn't plan their D23 announcements that well. Star Wars land was a last minute decision to include last time.

If they kept the globe it would need a serious 4k upgrade.

IllumiNations has been the name of the nighttime show at Epcot since 1988 even though it has gone through multiple iterations. I'm sure it will continue to have IllumiNations somewhere in the title.

Yes but it wasn't rumored to be announced at D23. It was a last minute add. Originally it was going to have its own announcement.

There is 0 way they pulled off that parks panel last minute. Don't believe all the rumors you hear. It was a last minute addition to live action panel but I guarentee you it was always on the slate for parks and resort or there would have been 0 reason for parks and resort to be there last year.
