D-Day Invasion- "Strange"-ly Imminent!! TRIP REPORT IS UP!!

Wow what a time you guys have planned. I am so sorry that we won't be able to meet up but between our new home
(its AWESOME 4 bed/1.5 ba all hard wood floor I have a REC room AND an animal room NO MORE HEDGEHOGS in our bedroom MY hubby is soo happy).

Then with my work changing my job to a different door now have heard possible scary news that we *might* have to re-apply for our jobs when they finish my original floor so ugh so not looking forward to that but then onto...

OUR GREAT NEWS....Disney sent us a Pin for Oct 31-Nov 5th so yep for those who remember me(i know it has been forever I am so sorry cause we couldn't go on our Sept trip with you wonderful ladies I quit reading the thread cause it was killing me) that means we can be at Disney world for our wonderful blessing of a son Patrick's 10th birthday as well as we can celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary seeing that is during the Epcot Wine and Food Fest...if we can raise the money up in time but I think we can cause I got 4 little hedgie babies looking for their new homes as well as a couple pairs of Sugar Glider Joeys (hint hint for those looking for an exotic pet in the MidWest or really anywhere I can ship LOL)

So Ladies now that I have hijacked your thread LOL I wanted to tell Liesa that I agree completely with Orange for Pop (that's where we are staying at) and the scent of oranges definitely fits it. As would have strawberries for those who had Strawberry Shortcake (waves hand in the air yep count me in for that one as well as cabbage and Star-bright LOL)

Mary I am so sorry to hear about the little boy who had to go through a tornado as a person who has lived their whole lives in the Midwest I know how those are (have gone through one and my hubby chases them (hey I never said my hubby was sane LOL).

Hubby is major into photos so will have some of those to post for you all when I get home but just wanted to say HI and cause I was asked too here is the link to my son Surprise Birthday Pre-Trip report...

Also wanted to Liesa and family to enjoy Germany I have heard it is just beautiful and the pictures definitely show that...we will get there someday.. (sign)

Hi Liesa,

I'm on a deadline at work so have been very busy this week but wanted to check in and say :wave2:

What a wonderful trip you have planned for Germany! And I can't wait to see what kind of fun/mischief you get into with Magdelene and Katharina!! Lots of pictures please!!!!!!!:yay: What are your dates again for Germany?

Hi Liesa, I will do a proper reply tomorrow morning, but thanks already for sending new readers to my TR! :goodvibes

I'll just have to make sure I take lots of pictures and take you on a virtual trip with me when I get back! Speaking of which: hey have you thought more about coming to our DIS MEET in DC?? :confused3

(okay, don't know what I did to mess up the quotie thingy, but I did)

It's a lovely thought, but you must have me confused with someone else. I can't come to the DC meet. I'd have a better chance of meeting up at WDW because I could throw all the kids in the car for 2 day drive. :rotfl:

We had been planning to save $ for DVC points, but then insurance company didn't pay diddly for DH's surgery, so we aren't saving money right now for anything. Oh, that & DH just bought me an awesome toy that will count for my birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day, birthday & Christmas present! LOL! I've decided to start blogging again (Thanks to you Liesa!) so I will let you know when you can go read about it. I have a feeling it will be interesting to you!

Thanks for letting me post my silly pictures! I like yours too, englishrose!

Can totally relate to you on that. I wasn't sure if my Disney trip was going to go through so I avoided the DIS for EIGHT FULL DAYS. Probably a new record since I joined :rotfl: Glad to be back in the swing of things now.

The pictures of Germany look amazing! What a fun start to your trip back to the States! :goodvibes

I found out this week that my work has banned the DIS. :sad2: I don't like to spend my nights at home on the computer since that's what I do all day at work, so I won't be able to check in as often. But I'll still be here as much as I can - I love reading about your adventures!

Howdy and Good Morning!

I had hoped to get on to respond this morning, but "stuff" got in the way. UGH! So much to get done- last minute cupboards to sort through and the normal housework. Blech!

Looks like responses will be up later today :)

My parents have a huge picture of St. Lorenze Church hanging in their living room. I think it is 24 X 30... or something like that. It is a beautiful church.

That's interesting - have they been in Nuremberg or how did they get it? :goodvibes

Like you, my only visit to Germany thus far has been connections in Frankfurt and I long to see more (hoping for a visit to Germany & Austria in 2012, but we'll see).

I hope you will be able to see more than Frankfurt airport one day! And feel free to PM me if you need any information/advice/help with your plans for 2012! :goodvibes

I'm excited for you!! As Magdalene knows, I've always wanted to visit Germany - my Mom and Dad lived there for a year, she has wonderful pictures and memories that she speaks about pretty often. She cried when she left, and would have much rather stayed there for life. So I like to think I was almost a true German. ;)

I am always amazed by stories like yours, Brook. It is great to hear that people really enjoy living here in Germany. Many people here complain a lot and actually talk about emigrating - to places like the US. :goodvibes

(and Magdalene is a lovely person to meet! We had a brief meet last year in DHS!)

Thanks! And Liesa, you are lucky that you will get to meet Brook two weeks later in WDW, she is a lovely person as well! :goodvibes

I"m sure Durer will deliver the goods!! And I might even PHOTOGRAPH some of them! :lmao: Doesn't that inn sound quintessentially Bavarian?? (see Magedelene? This IS how Americans DO view Europe! ;))

Well - since we Europeans have our stereotypes about Americans as well, that's only fair! ;)

I will take pix of the hotel, the ones online look so cozy! Very European with duvet covers even!

 Yes, duvet covers are very German! When I was in school we had a youth exchange programm for four weeks with a group from the USA. I think half of the kids travelled back home with duvets as their souvenir from Germany!

Works for me. I"ve learned the meanings of fahrt (I know I'm screwing up the spellings already), rippe, and rotkohl. Very handy words indeed!

Spelling all correct, but I am afraid that at some point in the Rippe discussion there was a misunderstanding. Rippe is not hip, but rib... Therefore it is an important culinary term as well. You might see Kasseler Rippchen (-chen is the standard diminutive).

We DO have the KH sound (sometimes written Q in English). It's a back of the throat sort of k. Easy for us.

Yes, I was suspecting this since the German name for Blankistan is written with a ch where the English name has a kh.

We'll be used to no A/C by then (as I sit here in my personal pool of sweat). :rolleyes1:guilty:

Poor you. I can only imagine how hot it is where you live, it must be worth than our heatwave here (today it is supposed to be 95 again... :sad2:)

Whatever, there are parts of every culture that are just vulgar or rude to at least someone.

Yes, my American cousin (my mother's sister married an American and moved to California in the 60's) was once visiting us and got really angry about someone blowing their nose in a restaurant at the table next to us. My mother was really surprised about that (it is not considered rude to blow your nose in public in Germany as long as you don't do it in someones face and you use a tissue) and asked him what this other person was supposed to do. And he claimed it would be less rude to snuffle (that's the term my dictionary comes up with, I hope it makes sense!). In Germany that would be rude!!

I think I figured that, but included it because I picture "our" neighborhood looking like this- as in this might be something we'd see very near our hotel. Am I right?? Maybe we should make sure to include some of this on our little walk after the Toy Museum on our way down to the River and Wine Depot??

It is your neighbourhood (two minutes walk uphill from the Elch), but the other direction than the river and the wine depot. :goodvibes

I guess I would have loved this to have been a Christmas visit, but ah well, we'll be happy with this time of year too. I know the Christmas Market would have been VERY cool!

Yes, but then it is also incredibly crowded and the views along the river are much nicer when it is green! So both seasons have their advantages!! :goodvibes

That's just so incredible to me!! It's hard for us to imagine anything older than say 100 years old, really.

That's the thing I really like about the US, especially the Western USA, everything is so new!! :rotfl:

Wow what a time you guys have planned. I am so sorry that we won't be able to meet up but between our new home
(its AWESOME 4 bed/1.5 ba all hard wood floor I have a REC room AND an animal room NO MORE HEDGEHOGS in our bedroom MY hubby is soo happy).

BIG congrats on your new home!! I'm so happy for you!! I'm sorry too, we won't meet up, but I'd trade a newer/bigger house for a trip- you've been wanting one for a long time, Dani!! :thumbsup2

Then with my work changing my job to a different door now have heard possible scary news that we *might* have to re-apply for our jobs when they finish my original floor so ugh so not looking forward to that but then onto...

Ooh, re-applying doesn't sound like too much fun! Good luck on that!

OUR GREAT NEWS....Disney sent us a Pin for Oct 31-Nov 5th so yep for those who remember me(i know it has been forever I am so sorry cause we couldn't go on our Sept trip with you wonderful ladies I quit reading the thread cause it was killing me) that means we can be at Disney world for our wonderful blessing of a son Patrick's 10th birthday as well as we can celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary seeing that is during the Epcot Wine and Food Fest...

AWESOME! So glad it's going to work out for you to get to go!! And I totally understand about not wanting to be around when others are planning and your trip is so uncertain. No worries at all! Welcome back!!! I can't think of a better way to spend an anniversary OR birthday!! A two-fer!! :woohoo:

So Ladies now that I have hijacked your thread LOL I wanted to tell Liesa that I agree completely with Orange for Pop (that's where we are staying at) and the scent of oranges definitely fits it. As would have strawberries for those who had Strawberry Shortcake (waves hand in the air yep count me in for that one as well as cabbage and Star-bright LOL)

I wonder if I should find an orange votive for my spa collection?

No, I suppose cabbage scent wont' work at all...

Mary I am so sorry to hear about the little boy who had to go through a tornado as a person who has lived their whole lives in the Midwest I know how those are (have gone through one and my hubby chases them (hey I never said my hubby was sane LOL).

CHASES them?? Yikes! I will admit I've always wanted to see one though, from a safe distance.

Hubby is major into photos so will have some of those to post for you all when I get home but just wanted to say HI and cause I was asked too here is the link to my son Surprise Birthday Pre-Trip report...

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2509578

Yes, I did want a link! Thanks! I'll try to get over there this afternoon :)

Also wanted to Liesa and family to enjoy Germany I have heard it is just beautiful and the pictures definitely show that...we will get there someday.. (sign)

It's been a long-standing dream-I'm so grateful we finally are taking the time, and that we have the resources to do this!! :worship:

Magdalene did a great job capturing the little details in AK when she was on the Wild by Design Tour. It really gives you a different perspective and shows what a lot of people might miss while (like you said) they're sprinting to a ride, such as Space Mountain. Sometimes it's nice to slow down and remember the small details.

Thanks for the compliment! I think I really got the idea of taking more pictures of details from other DISers. When you read a lot of TRs, you realize which kind of pictures you really enjoy and after a few trips the thousandth shot of the castle becomes a tiny bit boring... :rolleyes1

I have tried several of those things you mentioned. A steady hand/surface is always helpful. I always laugh at people who keep the flash on. It illuminates everything in the foreground (i.e. people's heads) and darkens anything in the background. I've played around with the ISO, almost too much as my photos turned out pretty grainy once. And sometimes I'd forget to switch it back during daytime shots and the pictures just looked dirty  After lots of playing around with the manual settings, I just switched it back to automatic but turned the flash off. It works well enough I guess. I never knew about the delay option though. I'll have to see if my camera has that. I'll have to see if I can dig up some "Jen's Worst Nighttime Shots" tonight when I get home.

Yes, I always wonder why people don't realize that all this flashing in the dark won't help them at all. Smae for flash on dark rides. It doesn't only annoy others, but it doesn't make a good pic anyway. Try to find the delay option, I find it does wonders if you can't put the camera on a surface. :thumbsup2

I think you guys are going to have a WONDERFUL time in Germany! I so wish I could come! I took German two years in high school and it woudl be so neat to really get to experience the language first hand and visit the country!

It would be great if you could come, too! If you ever make it to Germany, be sure to get in touch and I will be happy to help you planning! :goodvibes Learning a language is so much more interesting when you actually get to speak it in its natural environment! :thumbsup2

Canada doesn't know old either. That's why I love Europe. There's so much history (well, as much that was left from the World Wars) but it's incredible to see buildings that are over 200 years old - and still standing!

Actually, much of what you see in Nuremberg isn't really old - 95% of the old city center were destroyed in WW II (most of it in one night on January 2nd, 1945 - so shortly before the war was finally over... :sad2:) But the churches and the castle were only severely damaged, not fully destroyed.

I wish I could join you on the excursion to Germany. Bubba spent a summer there in 2006 for school and absolutely loved it. Now I want to go. Maybe next year we could do that. I'm really excited for you! When are you arriving there?

I remember from your TR that you mentioned that Bubba knew Germany. Where did she stay? As I told Christine and Mary, don't hesitiate to get in touch if you are planning a trip to Germany, I will be happy to help!

Thanks for mentioning Flossbolna's Wild by Design post!! I just wanted to say how much I love and appreciate the time and effort DISers take in writing up good reports for us all to read- especially the ones with lots of detail and that are written well. THANKS EVERYONE!!!

First, thanks for the compliment! :goodvibes But, second, I absolutely agree - I have learned so much from other wonderful TR that it is wonderful to pass this on and hope that others find my TR as entertaining and useful as I enjoyed others!

You got that right, Glenn! You know a quality vacation when you see one. I don't think I'll have ANY posts about my trip until AFTER WDW, BUT I'm hoping that Magdelene will post a sneak preview while I"m still traveling!! :confused3

I was planning on doing this - but had planned to ask for your permissin first! And I promise that I will not post any arm flab pictures (wasn't that somewhere in the TC3's constitution?)!

Ewww, more German lessons!

You will be fluent in German by the time Liesa finishes her TR! :lmao:

Hi Tracy!! I've wondered where you've been!! Deadlines stink! I have one too. ;) I think the mischief will be of the mild sort- we already have several topics of talk on the agenda.

Our dates are August 17-19th. 2 and 1/2 days. Too short, of course! But we'll take what we can get. Storing our suitcases alone is going to cost around $200!! :scared1:

Hi Liesa, I will do a proper reply tomorrow morning, but thanks already for sending new readers to my TR! :goodvibes

You're very, very welcome!! It's TOTALLY worth the reading!

I'll just have to make sure I take lots of pictures and take you on a virtual trip with me when I get back! Speaking of which: hey have you thought more about coming to our DIS MEET in DC?? :confused3

I think the "bracket", slash, Quote, "bracket" at the end was somehow chopped out. ??

No, I wasn't confusing you.. I ask EVERYONE if the want to join us. I have no idea where you live, but thought I'd try anyway. :goodvibes If you are ANYWHERE close to DC, think about it- the more the merrier!

OK, now I HAVE to know waht your new toy is?? Car? House? If it counts for ALL of those, it must be pretty big!

Keep working on those DVC points- you'll get there- "slow and steady wins the race".

Glad you feel encouraged to write again!! Post a link when you start :)

Can totally relate to you on that. I wasn't sure if my Disney trip was going to go through so I avoided the DIS for EIGHT FULL DAYS. Probably a new record since I joined :rotfl: Glad to be back in the swing of things now.

I know you had a hard time with it too, Jen. I've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, some just get blue when a trip they really had their heart on goes up in smoke. I can totally understand that!

LOL what can we say Disney is our lives :lmao:

It is a fun place to hang out. :rotfl:

The pictures of Germany look amazing! What a fun start to your trip back to the States! :goodvibes

I found out this week that my work has banned the DIS. :sad2: I don't like to spend my nights at home on the computer since that's what I do all day at work, so I won't be able to check in as often. But I'll still be here as much as I can - I love reading about your adventures!

Truly it is the VERY starting point of our journey back to "western" living. Easing back in is best!

BANNED??!! :scared1: that bites!! Of course, you are most welcome anytime you can be here!! You're good company!

Ok, I see I have a bunch more work to do, now that you have posted, Magdelene. But like your yesterday, my today is crazy!! I'll have to get back on this evening and work on multi-quoting-cuz, beautifully, there is a lot there. :goodvibes

After sleeping in the cozy little Elch hotel, and eating pastries that we’ll have gotten the day before, (yes, we know how to do vacation right.), our family will set out for the piece de resistance of the trip- the CASTLE or “Kaiserburg” sitting on a knoll overlooking the city!! Cinderella and Snow White may have theirs, and that’s all well and good, but this is the REAL DEAL!

We are told that as far as European castles go, this one is on the less spectacular side, with few furnishings, and only one tower; but it’s old, it’s grand, and it’s in the city we’re visiting.

Well, that's because it is a really old castle, not a fancy showy one. Sometimes I think in English the term castle is also used for building we call palace in German. Think of Neuschwanstein (the one that looks a bit like the one in WDW), it is called "Schloss" in German not "Burg" like the one in Nuremberg. (Marv, I am sure you are really happy about this German lesson for the day! ;)).

The castle in Nuremberg was one of the residences of the emperors (Kaiser) of the Holy Roman Empire (later: of the German Nation) which was the predecessor to modern Germany - a lose empire of independent kingdoms, principalities and such. Not a nation in the modern sense. The Kaiser would travel around in his empire and use all kind of different residences. Nuremberg was a free imperial city in the empire - with only the Kaiser above it and otherwise they were pretty much self governed. Lots of the old cities in Germany were free imperial cities like Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne.

For this privilege (which also meant less taxes to pay) Nuremberg had to keep up the castle and put up the Kaiser whenever he chose to visit. That's why there aren't any funrishings. The rich citizens of Nuremberg would just have to provide their furniture during the Kaiser's visit.

And then since 1806 the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation had been dismantled and there was no use for the castle anymore. Nuremberg lost its privileges and became part of the kingdom of Bavaria, which then in 1871 became part of the German Kaiserreich, which finally was a nation state in the modern sense - and a federal state as well.

After taking our time seeing what there is to see, taking special care to check out the deep well and climb the tower, we’ll head down to see another church: St. Sebald’s Church.

My parents were married in that church btw... :goodvibes

In the same area as the church are The Beautiful Fountain, (indeed that’s its name) and the Hauptmarkt- which means Central Market. Apparently, this is our second shot at souvenir shopping- I think a carved wooden Santa might be a fun catch. See the intricate iron work around the Fountain?? It’s old- as in 1587 old. And if you think that’s old, the fountain itself was constructed in 1396. Columbus hadn’t even sailed the ocean blue yet.

BeautifulFountain.jpg

The church you can see on this picture isn't St Sebald, it is the Frauenkirche. Which has a Glockenspiel (called Männleinlaufen) in the front. You might want to try to catch this! I think it is only shown at 12 noon.

The green copper awning in the left corner is the big souvenir shop I told you about. :thumbsup2

And make sure to find the golden ring in the fountain's railing, if you turn that you will return to Nuremberg one day!! :cool1:

At 3:30, we have a very special something lined up! Can you guess WHO we’ll be getting to MEET UP WITH?!? Why yes, the DYNAMIC DUO of Flossbolna and nodnol!!! 2 of the loveliest ladies on the DIS! In real life they are Magdelene with an “e”, and Katharina

Juhu!! (That's German for "yeah!", pronounced like yoohoo!) :cool1::cool1::yay::woohoo::banana::banana::cheer2::cheer2::dance3:

However, especially with regard to the later comments, and I am feeling really bad about it, I need to point out, that there still is an incorrect balance between A and E in my name as you use it. It is really MagdAlene... I know I probably should have told you earlier, but when I realized it you jsut had felt so bad about misspelling my name that I did not want to bother you about it... :guilty::guilty:

But you got Katharina's name correct all the way!!! :cool1:

We have a great lineup planned with them, starting with a tour of the underground tunnels of Nuremberg! They have been used for a myriad of purposes over the years, including wine casements and bomb shelters during air raids. I think this may be one of the neatest things on our entire agenda. The tours MIGHT only be given in German, so Magdelene has graciously agreed to translate for us.

I remembered that when I took this tour once, they actually had laminated sheets with some explanation in English that they handed out. But I am sure that these will miss lots of the neat details and I will be happy to translate as much for you as possible! It is a really interesting tour and I am looking forward to it! Just be prepared that it will be cold in there: about 50 F!

We ladies will head out for some surprise fun after the kids and my DH are sent on. What they will do, I frankly have no idea. I suspect they may go back to the hotel and hit the sack. But the ladies have other ideas- and for that you’ll have to hang onto your hats. What kinds of trouble can 3 DISisters cook up???

DISisters is a great term!! :goodvibes I am really looking forward to our evening together!! :yay:

Onward to Bowling Green, and good bye to Bavarian bliss.
:sad1: I will be sad that it will be over so soon!!

The underground tunnels of Nuremberg may have survived the bombs of WWII, but I have a feeling they may never be the same after a visit from Liesa (with an "e"), Magdelene (with an "e") and Katharina (without any "e's" at all). Make sure you don't get too wild together! You do have a plane to catch the next day so you can make another very important DISmeet!

Oh, we won't party IN the cellars!! :scared1: Which btw were really used as bomb shelters in WW II.

It could be devastating! :rotfl2: I was online looking yesterday, and they say that Nuremberg's smallest brewery is located in these tunnels!!! How cool is that!? There are actual several tours you can take in these- one is for like ghosts stories and such, another of the wine and bier industry usage, another of the history of them. THey all sound great!

The brewery is where you buy the tickets for the tour and end it... ;) They have a nice restaurant there as well and it is one of the places I thought your DH might enjoy... :rolleyes1 I was planning on including it in my list of restaurant recommendations.

That is one mean-looking rabbit that Albrecht Durer took a picture of. Better bring along the holy hand grenade of Antioch.

Glenn, the original is actually in the Albertina in Vienna - so you might have seen it. But speaking of mean looking. At the nice square that Liesa had a picture of in the first Achtung post, there is a "replica" in bronze which is a modern interpretation and just a warning: don't look at it if you are squeamish!! That's why I am only posting a link to the picture...

http://nuernberg-aha.de/kunst_im_freien/01_plastik_hase_juergen_goertz.jpg

I am still so amazed at the DIS and the friendships formed!

Who knew that you would be able to travel to GERMANY and find a friend to meet up with!!! Much less TWO!

How cool is that!

I love the DIS!

I agree! It is really wonderful!! :thumbsup2

Liessa (with an "e") your plans sound wonderful and how exciting that you get to meet the SISTERS!!!!!!!!!

I like that, Katharina and I are the SISTERS!!!!! :goodvibes But there are other well known sisters here on the boards as well - I think Jen and Bubba should be the first to claim this title!

What a fun day you have planned...and a DISmeet, :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I know you must be getting so excited. As your ticker winds down...tick tick tick...off to Germany...tick tick tick...of to the states....tick tick tick....going home to the world :)

Can't wait to see what comes up next in your plans.

BAHHHHHHhhh, you wrote even more- ooooooooh boy, how will I ever catch up.... back after our gado gado dinner with replies and the next

Tasty Interlude.

Ditto! And I should give Glenn his due credit- for it was on his thread that we "met".

The we in this sentence is that you and me? Because I think you are right, that it is Glenn's thread where we met! I had totally forgotten about that! :goodvibes

Now I'm wondering if it's oil or watercolor! Going to check now!

It's a plain drawing - most of Dürer's work are etchings.

The whole thing does have a certain "WOW" factor to it! I'm glad my kids are up for stuff like this- I can't imagine trying to do a trip like this if they weren't interested in at least some of it also!

In my experience kids are up for stuff like this if their parents make it interesting for them - and it looks like you were successful in that! :goodvibes

I actually had the chance to go into the dungeon at the St. Andrew's castle in Scotland a LOOOOOOOONG time ago, but got about 4 feet into the doorway and had to back out. I just couldn't do it. These look considerably bigger, so I'm hoping that's not an issue!

There is one walkway in the beginning which is very narrow, but most of it is rather spacious! Don't worry - and there are lots of different exits. They just use the narrow one for show, so you don't have to exit through it in case of an emergency!

I asked several months ago HOW people wanted me to do my TR, and it was unanimous that I do a TR that covered the time I left my house in Blankistan to the time I set foot in my new digs in Portland. So, I warn you now, the TR itself could take years. And likely will. But it should be a big ton of fun!

Oh, I am so looking forward to your TR! :goodvibes

What a wonderful trip you have planned for Germany! And I can't wait to see what kind of fun/mischief you get into with Magdelene and Katharina!! Lots of pictures please!!!!!!!:yay: What are your dates again for Germany?

mischief - me??? Never! ;)

Ok, I see I have a bunch more work to do, now that you have posted, Magdelene. But like your yesterday, my today is crazy!! I'll have to get back on this evening and work on multi-quoting-cuz, beautifully, there is a lot there. :goodvibes

Wow, now I am finally caught up! Don't worry! I will have a friend visiting me until Sunday, so I won't have time for replies soon anyway! But then, there are also other readers on your PTR I guess!

One thing I meant to ask: Since I am reading the PTR part 1 at the moment, you used to have monthly upgrades to your rank, shouldn't you have had a promotion a few weeks ago??

BAHHHHHHhhh, you wrote even more- ooooooooh boy, how will I ever catch up.... back after our gado gado dinner with replies and the next

Tasty Interlude.

And now I posted even more!! :rotfl: what is a gado gado dinner??? Looking forward to the tasty interlude! :thumbsup2
