I would like to have some reviews from anyone who booked their stay at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas through Hotel Kingdom. Was the unit new or one the older ones? Did you have any complaints? Someone said they will put people booked through discount booking agents in older units.

I have used Hotel Kingdom twice before at other resorts and have gotten great results.

Thanks for any help I can get.

I booked through Hotel Kingdoma villa in CP Grand Villas. I paid for the Grand Villas, not Phase I, and that is where I stayed. The Grand Villas are about $25 extra per night.

We were in the Porpoise Cay building on the top floor - it was a lovely villa with a nice view of the pool. I also liked that it was close to the Phase I side and the main lobby with the gameroom and fancier pool.

Booked Cp with Hotel Kingdom last May. Had a great ground floor unit--which we asked for. Quiet and clean, good amenities, excellent kitchen supplies, restaurant style high chair and portacrib provided free of charge. Very friendly staff. Clean regular pools, but I didn't like the look of the kiddie pool. Seemed grungy.
