CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 8/19-8/25

Thank you Salley. The August deals were throwing me for a loop. I thought I had to wait for the week they were on sale. Do you know if they will a have monthly book out each month now?

I would like to think yes, but I think it is an experiment and time will tell. Lets hope so! Makes it easier to plan some things.

DH just left CVS and is now a believer too!

He got the sea breeze astringent, bic razor and 2 arm and hammer toothpaste.. I dont know the totals since he is still not home but thought I would report. Hopefully he will make a weekly stop at CVS so we can save some money get some great deals. Now he is heading to Target...

Be careful! It can be addicting! Sorry to hear about your target experience on the other thread! Some deals are better than others and some trips can be a dream while others a nightmare. It gets easier once you get your footing and know when to challenge the cashier and when to just tell them to take the item off your order or think in the back of you mind I will be returning that item on my next trip. Definitely let us know if you find some good coupons to use towards the deals or a hot buy and post any questions you might have as well. Welcome to the illness

I finally made it to CVS to do this week's deals. My "home" store didn't have everything I wanted, so I went to another store to check out what they had.

I couldn't find the Sea breeze astringent at either store. And I couldn't find a place even on the shelf for them.

Neither store has had the Aquafresh advanced toothpaste all month.

I figure it wasn't too bad of a day. I spent $4.99 + $2 + $1 = $7.99 in ECB and I got back $4 + $5 in ECB. And I only spent $1.13 + $1.84 = $2.97 OOP.
