Cutting table for fabric ideas!

Hello!! Trying to get my brother to make me a cutting table!! I have searched and searched for ideas on the web, but nothing really jumps out at me. I did look at Joanne's cutting table when down in the US last week, but I found it wobbly! Anyone else use it? Is it wobbly for you or was it just the one put together in the store (I was at two different ones).

If you have a picture link to your sewing table or a link that has a pattern to build one yourself, I'd love to see it. I just basically want a big table that is taller than an average table, with room to put my cutting mat on and have room for the fabric to lay somewhat on the table. Kind of the size of a twin? Does that sound right???

I went to an estate sale where a lady had passe daway and her basement was loaded down with fabrics and the like. She also had her own cutting table and the part I liked best about it was that it had cabinets on the bottom. That could solve your wobbly issue It was a great storage space. She also had the rulers mounted on both sides of the table since it was a 2 sided table and it looked like clips of some sort on the ends of the table to hold the one side of fabric steady while she cut the other end

i have the cutting table from joanns - the one that folds up - two sides open up. i like the height - perfect for cutting.
i also have a counter top in my sewing/craft room - so sometimes i cut on that depending on what is on my cutting table.
my husband bought the table for me and i like it alot. i like the fact that it folds up and can make more room in my craft room. i dont find it wobblie i have mine on carpet - so that might help.
