Cut off for reservations during MVMCP?

I got a reservation for Be Our Guest on Sunday, November 26 at 5:05pm and the fine print sort of made it sound like I was making this reservation during a time that would require a party ticket. The fine print was not clear at all. I know they have moved the cut off from 5 minutes before the party to 6pm or so, are they going even earlier this year? Does anyone know the actual cut off? We are not buying party tickets. I really wanted this reservation on Friday night, so this may be moot if I can ever find one on Friday the 24th. Thanks!

What did it say? If it indicated a hard ticket was required than you can't go

Go check your MDE account. That same wording SHOULD be on your reservation confirmation. Screen shot or copy what's there and let us see it.

I hesitated when I was making the reservation, and thought about copying the text or taking a screen shot, then I didn't. The phrasing started with "IF". It was something along the lines of "if you are making a reservation during a hard-ticket event, I would need to have a ticket for that event.". However, because it started with "if" and 5pm is still before the park closes at 7, I can easily interpret that as I do not need a special ticket for this reservation. Unfortunately, I can't view that fine print without making another reservation.



The rest of the screen shows my dining party, that it will use 1 table service from my dining plan, and my confirmation number. Nothing indicates that I need a MVMCP ticket. If I can ever find a reservation on Friday, I'll be cancelling this one. Maybe someone else can screen shot/copy the fine print if they get it? Thanks!

pretty sure you are fine..... don't think they make you exit until between 6 and 7. normal park times shows till 6 pm....

Think it was a general Notation that if reservations are during the party time then you would need a party ticket.

I think you're okay too. We ate at BoG last year just before the party, and our confirmation had the "you must have a party ticket" line somewhere on the page.

I guess this comes from having younger kids in our group but be prepared to be walked out of park so make sure all your group uses restroom before you leave BOG. as you are walked straight to exit no stopping and it includes restrooms and kids having to use.

But regular guest official close for MVMCP nights this year is 6 pm, so they may still walk you out.

Ugh, thanks! I didn't realize that; I see it now. I hope we can get a reservation for Friday night instead.
