Customer service contact?

Does anyone have the email contact for customer service? Purchased a Simba popcorn bucket this weekend and noticed when I got it home that I was given a dirty one with a "display" label on the back. I'm too far and do not want to pay another $10 to park to resolve so hoping to reach customer service via email for a solution. The email us contact on the website results in an auto reply that the office is closed. Thanks!

Thank you! I found that email on the receipt and reached out. They seemed quite disorganized so lesson learned - check your items! They bag the bucket before handing to you so I didn't think to double check.
