Custom Disney Maps

I want to order the custom maps from Disney's website but have a question. If I select our favorites (which will be the younger kid's rides), will the other attractions not show up on the map? I want a keepsake map of the whole park, but am not sure about doing the thing where you select your favorite attractions. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Everything will show up . If memory serves there is a highlighted section at the bottom (sorta like a key) that will show what you've picked as your favorites.

They are pretty cool maps. Printed on very heavy paper. Bad thing is that they are front/back, so you don't get 4 that you could frame.

The maps are great and best thing is they are absolutely free!! They do display all the attractions and will be personalized with your family name on them. Your choices will be highlighted and then they will make suggestions of other attractions you may also want to check out based on the ones you have chosen. Definately get them.

OMG! I am LOL at myself because last year I ordered these and when they came I was going through a very busy time. I quickly opened them up and only saw maps for two parks and thought they forgot to include the other two! It was no big deal because I know the parks like the back of my hand so I just put them aside since I didn't really "need" them, I just thought they'd be cool to have as a keepsake.

I wonder if I still have them tucked away somewhere? I can't believe I never thought to look at the back of them! I'm going to have to go see if I can find them!

Don't forget that you can order a second set of these. I think you have to wait something like 6 months, but you can do it. I just got my second order last month so now I have all parks.

Now I have to find a nice frame big enough for them.

I just posted a help me question about this on the Tips thread because I couldn't get it to allow me to place a "send it to me" order. I was told that they won't ship them to Canada. I also can't get it to print.

I would have loved to have these for my kids to look over during the drive down, but I guess no go.

When you start the process for ordering them it says allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, so I'd guess since you're five months out you'll be ok.

Where do you find these maps? Is there a website that I do not know about?

WDW offers the free maps....once every 6 months. We ordered them for the '08 trip and they are gorgeous. DKids wanted to use them during the day but I thought they were too pretty.
Plus they come with stickers to mark anything you might have forgotten.

I did a set where I selected *everything*. It was chaotic and ugly. Then I did a set where I selected *nothing*. It looks sad and empty.

I'd try to pick some stuff, but not too much...make it useful but still attractive.
