WDW PR released this today about a CP expanding upon a Magical Moment idea.
I think it's pretty cool, and goes to show that anybody create a Magical Moments tradition during their CP, no matter what their role!

A Liquid Legacy
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FLA. -- The hot asphalt threatens to consume the watery canvas as custodial hosts with dripping mops in hand dart from side-to-side and top-to-bottom, as they quickly bring to life a smiling image of Mickey Mouse on Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park. Its reminiscent of the dueling-mop scene in Fantasia as they splash liquid from seemingly endless buckets of water onto the pavement.
Curious Guests gather as Mickey Mouses facade becomes larger and more recognizable. An excited child squeals, Mommy, take a picture, to a laughing mom, who is already taking her camera from her bag. As more children gather, the artists invite them to help fill in Mickeys ears, and the masterpiece is complete.
We have been doing this Magical Moment for some time, says Mike Lolli, area manager, Main Street Custodial. When Rob [Kalmes] came to us as part of the College Program, he re-energized it and took it upon himself to work with other Cast Members to teach them how to do it. Were actually going to start training sessions when Robs gone to make sure this lasts a long time. The Guest comments are very positive.
Rob says he has been drawing all his life. His inspiration to create this Magical Moment was during a Custodial class, where he saw pictures of Tokyo Disneyland Cast Members making similar drawings in the streets there.
We have lots of fun with the Guests when we do this. We originally started by making three circles and expanded on it to magically turn the image into Mickey Mouse. We also do Goofy and Donald Duck. Everyone loves it.
