Current ROFR for VB???

Has anyone passed disney's ROFR for VB lately? What was the price?

In November, I was ROFR'd at $59, then on a different offer, passed at $61.

I am in the process of selling off two 150 pt contracts at VB. Disney snapped up the first one at $62/pt. The second is awaiting ROFR at $65.

Did you have banked points on the $62? I passed at $61.

No...and there were only 51 points of this year's allotment available.

I was pretty surprised that it was ROFR'd.

Right Of First Refusal.

Disney reserves the right to buy any contract with a price they feel is too low for the market.

We made an offer at $62.00 for 90 pts. The buyer accepted our offer immediatly and we have been running around with excitement, so sure we are once again DVC members. Sounds like we better back off the celebrating until we hear the news on ROFR. We will be sooo crushed if we don't pass! We were going to offer $60.00 but decided to offer $62.00 to avoid the possibility of Disney snatching it up. BUMMER!

Don't give up hope just yet. It could be with all the focus on selling out SSR and ramping up for AKV they might let a few other contracts slip through. Good luck!

WE PASSED!!! Anyone know how busy VB is in May. My DH and I will be celebrating 20 wonderful years of marriage We already have a week booked at Disney for April 29-May 5 and are hoping to go to VB May 6-11.

It will be nice to go knowing we are DVC members
