What is the current price to join the DVC?

Today...$72 per point. I think on June 3rd it goes to $75 per point.

The above prices are if you are buying from Disney...Disney has a minimum 150 point buy-in but you can get resales with fewer points.

hi: to buy directly with disney, the minimum number of points to buy in is 150 @ $72 per point or $10,800. this can be financed through disney or through your own financing. the price per point will be going up on 6/3 to $75. the only properties available through disney at this time are vwl, hh, or vb. if you'd prefer okw or bwv, your only options are through resale, which may be cheaper per point but would incur closing costs.
