Did any of NOT have to supply DVC with this? I signed all the paperwork onsite when we vacationed there last week and thought I was done. Now they send me a letter asking for this. Is that bad or is it routine?

I think it is routine. We have good credit and my DH and I both had to supply them.

I didn't have to do it when I payed cash, but did when I financed. They just want some proof you work! Kind of like I just had to supply it for my mortgage. You would think a credit report would be enough but....

They need your paystub to help calculate your debt to income ratio. The credit report provides the debt portion.
