is there an up-to-date list of FP+ kiosk locations in the parks?

don't think so...just on daily park maps and then add the city hall one that's not listed

Semi-related question - if there is no fp availability left for an attraction using the app in advance, does that mean that none will be available via kiosk that day? Or does disney reserve some fp slots for same day distribution at the kiosks?

none are saved they open up everythig at once 2 months before
