Current DVC Offers

What are the current Disney is offerring for new DVC purchases? I am considering this, and have seen mention of offers on this board, but no descriptions as to what they actually are. I assume they are for either SSR or AK?

The current "pricing" for SSR and AKV is $104 per point. New purchases of 160 or more points can get an incentive discount of $10 for SSR and $8 at AKV. With a referral from an existing member, new purchases of 225 or more points will also get a one-time bonus of 160 Developer points to be used within a year.

For current members who wish to add-on at SSR or AKV, the $10/$8 incentive applies for purchases of 100 or more points ... and for those buying 110 or more points there is a bonus of 100 Developer Points to be used within a year - with 160 Developer points for purchases of 160 - 199 and 270 Developer Points for purchases of 200 or more points.
