Current Biergarten Experiences?

I am trying to plan our Epcot day (we only have 1 day there). Curious about how long to plan for dinner at Biergarten with the current family style dining? How long did it take you to be seated (close to your ADR time or extra wait) and how long did the dining experience take?

I always set 90 minutes for dinner that incudes any sort of entertainment - like the music at biergarten. If it's less, then that's great but we usually linger when there is entertainment.

We have been three times since they reopened. Our latest was Feb. We were seated right at our ADR time. I do agree that it was a little over 90 min. for the meal. We did order a drink before we started with food and we did stay a little after we signed our check because the show was ending and we didn't want to get up and leave with the performance going on. The other two experiences were similar.

We were there this last week. We were seated pretty quickly (checked in a little early). The whole dinner took us about an hour. We were able to watch all the entertainment and eat. With them serving family style now, I found the process far more speedy than when they were operating as a full buffet.

On the menu I notice that it says a selection of dinner items. Does anyone know the rotation of the main dishes for dinner? My son has never eaten there and would like some of the things on the menu, but not all of them. I wouldn't want to go on a night where they don't have some of the items he would like. Or are certain items included all the time?

The food is served family style - several platters containing multiple items with multiple servings of each on the platter. So your son can choose which items he wants to try. It's usually the same items every time - they're listed on the menu at this link.
