Side note: for the longest time, I was pronouncing your name as "Ren-Tay-en-tuh." Kind of like a modern, made-up, trendy girl's name. It was a big "d'oh" moment when I realised what it really was.

One: I love the quote in your signature, so I assume you are a mother, maybe 40ish.

Two: I always wonder if that is a submarine or ship or what, that your dog's head is sticking out of.

I'm not guessing but hoping I'm remembering correctly. You're female and doesn't your screen name reflect the number of kids? And I remember that you're old enough to have a child serving in Iraq because I remember the story of Dempsey. So--I'm guessing you're around my age--mid 40's?

Pretty good! Yep, I'm mid 40's with 4 kids. All boys in fact. The oldest was in Iraq until he lost his dog (the one in my signature). He has his head sticking out of an armored humvee in Iraq.

It's funny you said that Binny about 8 is enough because I ran into Delswife at MK and she said the same thing.

LB- I am pretty confident and can be assertive if need be. I can be a bit snakry at times too. I'm also one who's not afraid to speak out when I feel disparaging remarks or assumptions are made, regardless what others may think. To thine own self be true.

I also love to cut loose sometimes, although most would never think that. Check out the Tiaras and Tantrums trip report on the meet thread and you'll see what I mean.


Binny- I picture you with short blonde hair, like a bob of sorts. Maybe low to mid 50's. Very pleasant and always ready to lend a hand. Caring, devoted and not afraid to stand up for what you believe in.

I've been somehwat "vocal" on here about parts of who I am, so you probably already know some of it, but go ahead and take a shot at it.

I'm pretty sure I remember a picture that you used to have in your signature. There were two women, but I thought I remembered you saying that you were the one with long hair.

So white, medium dark brown hair, and maybe late twenties?

Religion? Agnostic? I have no idea.

That was my sons K-9 dog. He's an MP in the Army. I can never remember what kind of shepard she was. I think Belgian. She unfortunately got very ill and died while being medivaced out of Iraq. Very heartbreaking.
