Cubs fans.....HELP!

I was listening to the Braves radio broadcast today for the Braves and Cubs game. Joe Simpson congratulated Skip Caray on having Chup join the broadcast team next year. Did I hear that right? I can't find any news story anywhere. I don't know if Chip could be replacing a member of the Braves broadcast team, or would he just be a fifth man? Is Chip leaving WGN?

Cox communications (WSB AM 750) has been the Braves radio flagship all my life. Clear Channel will take over next year. There have been many changes behind-the-scenes of Braves radio. I just wondered if this was just another aspect?

I did read that Chip Caray was offered a position announcing Braves games but I have not heard yet if he accepted the position.

If he leaves I do wonder what will become of Steve Stone?
