Hi everyone-
My twins are getting the Light of Christ badges this weekend. They worked hard on the packets and are excited about the service. My question is- what exactly happens? It's during the family mass and I've invited my parents- but I don't want my sons to be disappointed. Funny thing is, they are also making their communion this year with most of the same boys in their den- and they think after this they'll be able to receive communion!

Congratulations to your twins.

Way back when, their was a special presentation acknowledging each of the boys and they each were applauded and a picture was taken. The service was
"special" and the kids truly enjoyed it.
We took our son out to Friendlys for Ice Cream, and that was kinda the "thing to do"
Perhaps a fun type lunch with your parents and kids to celebrate their wonderful accomplishment!
