CSR Told me that transportation may not be available for PS

I had made 3 character breakfast PS a couple days ago for restaurants inside the parks. I called today to change a ps and the lady on the phone told me that since the PS were before the parks open that there would not be disney transportation to get me to the seatings on time. I told her that I had heard about specail buses for character breakfasts and she said they may not be running. Now I have no idea what I will do if there are no buses running.

Can anyone offer any help?

I think you are probably safe on transportation running but in a worse case scneario you could take a cab to the park - unless you have a car - in which case you could drive.

Also, there is quite a long thread abt the early am character breakfast bus(es). Try doing a search.

IM staying at POFQ March 4 - March 11. I did run across those threads about this subject but then i talked to that lady and it made me nervous

We have stayed twice at the POFQ and had early breakfasts on both trips. These breakfasts were in the parks (EPCOT and MK) and hotels. We have always used Disney transport without issue. Make sure you are at the stop early since the busses don't run as frequently - If they say 6:45 be there at 6:40. The only issue we had was a breakfast at the beach club - I now know I should have taken the studios bus not the EPCOT bus. Tyler can probably give you an idea of the time.

we have stayed twice at POFQ and had 3 early breakfast PS's. We asked about transportation by bus to the park. They said that they have known no one that had a problem. Either they were right or we were lucky.

We stayed at the POFQ in June and in December and never had a problem getting to our breakfasts on time, we also had 2 early morning tours.
Give yourself a bit more time though because most of the time the buses from the POFQ then go to the POR and there are 4 stops at the POR, this makes your trip a bit longer

DON'T BELIEVE THEM! lol Never trust transportation info from the call center...

There WILL be buses running for your character breakfast. Just be out at the bus stop 45 minutes prior to your seating time, and look for the appropriate area bus. For example, Chef Mickeys, you'd board the MK bus and tell the driver you're going to the Contemporary. For the Epcot Resorts, you'll want the Studios bus. Always tell the driver where your breakfast is, so that they can get you there in the best way possible.

Wow! I am relieved too! I have a CRT ps at 8:10 on Feb. 6th ! I am leaving from POFQ too! I wish Disney would do better training for their phone staff.
