CSR refurbishment question.

I'm looking at booking CSR for August 2016. Does anyone know if the planned refurbishment will be finished by then and will all of the rooms be refurbished. I like the look of cabanas. Thanks

OP, I think it's too early to have the details yet. The only announced refurbishment at this point is the Casitas leisure pool, salon/spa and fitness center at Casitas 4. Scheduled to begin July 5, and re-open on Oct 12, 2015. The room refurbishments have not begun and have not been officially announced. Some speculate that room refurb will begin with Casitas 4, since other construction is commencing there. If Casitas 4 was the starting point for room refurb, then it would be anyone's guess in which direction subsequent room refurb would go -- towards Cabanas or towards Ranchos. This will be a long-term project. Anyone with more accurate info, please post.

I somewhat remember a mention that Cabanas would be first. I can't remember if that was just a rumor or if someone that had been there recently reported it.

(Edited to add: Buzz says Casitas 4 will be first...we'll find out more soon).
