Csr-any Construction Going On Now Or In The Near Future?

Just wondering in all our planning if there is any construction under way for CSR now or in the near future? I thought I had read somewhere about the pool area. Does anyone have any confirmation on this if it is going to happena and when? The pool or any construction going on would play into our decision making of booking our resort. We are looking at July/August-summer 2008. THANKS!
