I really don't watch CSI, but i'm sure these actors probably thought long and hard about getting fired from a $100,000 a week job and begged for their jobs back. It's probably pretty easy for celebrities to feel they're worth all sorts of money but they probably smartened up after realizing that being a "starving actor" isn't a lot of fun either.

Peronally I think it was all a publicity stunt by CBS. The whole she was fired over not returning a letter on time was just strange, especially when she was one of the only people to actually show up to work that day.

good point...with all the spin-offs of CSI...the Vegas one needs some more *oompf*.

I had heard/read today that Eades spoke with head of CBS over just oversleeping ONE day...and that he would be back at work next week

Neat! Glad to hear she's back, the original CSI is most definitely my fave. Miami was a disappointment to me, I just have a hard time with whats-his-name, the redhead, I've never cared much for him as an actor and find him very one dimensional in this show, too. I have high hopes for CSI: New York, though. Can't wait for the fall season!

I agree BedK - David Caruso just not appealing in anything to me. Religiously watch CSI: Vegas and look forward to Gary Sinise and Melinda K.... on New York. Have tried to like Miami and just can't do it......
And Monday nights are a TV void! LOL
