Well, thought I owed all who are interested an update. Earlier, I had posted a few problems that I had had during our Easter visit. Problems with the bellmen, other cm's and gift shop dealing with lost package.
I am pleased to say that after several calls and getting switched from one person to the next..my package was found!! Also, the delightful cm/manager made sure that I was taken care of for the problems with the CS staff. Don't want to get into the specifics because I truly just wanted my package - but I am happy and have not lost faith with the Disney Experience!
