CS restaurant hours during EMH

I'm going to WDW with a bunch of fellow teenagers in a few weeks, and we're going to be eating an early dinner the night of the Magic Kingdom Evening Extra Magic Hours. So what do college kids always do when they're up past midnight? Crave and eat inordinate amounts of junk food, of course. Will we be able to get some REAL, counterservice food (like Cosmic Ray's or Pecos Bill's after midnight if MK is supposed to be open until 2am that night? Thanks for the help!

Cosmic Rays will be open, but you may find only the Burger part of the counter may be operating.

Pecos Bill is usually open. That's where we go. I think Casey's is too.
