CS places without kids menus

Curious about which counter service locations in MK,AK,HS,Epcot do not have separate kids menus -- thanks! I think I've read someplace about Main Street Bakery in MK for BF, lunch but not sure about that either.

There is a list in the Everything You Always Wanted to Know sticky thread on the dining plan board. There are not many of them, and none are at AK.
