CS meals and the DDE card

If you order a CS meal on the DDE card do they still add 18% to your bill???

The autograt doesn't apply at counter service, where gratuities are not customary.

If you order appetizers and drinks in a lounge, though, it will be added.

The DDE card is accepted at all value resort food courts, POFQ food court, SSR counter service (Artists Palette), and all CS at Animal Kingdom except Anandupur Food Cafes (Yak & Yeti).

In short, they would take it at any CS location in a place where there was no table service restaurant available. Although SSR and AK later added TS restaurants, the DDE is still accepted at their counter service.

Thanks for the info. I haven't stayed at any of those resorts, but we did eat at AK a few times last month. Oh well, at least I'll know for next time.
