I am having to cut my trip budget, without cutting any days, so I think that we are only going to do the quick service dining plan. DH requested early on that I make sure that we have some really good dining that is sit down and not cafeteria-style herding through crowds for a bad cheeseburger. At first, I had all of my TS ADR's done, but I don't think we can do even half of them now. So, I was hoping to still keep a few in, and fill in with some CS that is a little nicer, more relaxing, elevated food, better atmosphere, etc. I had heard Columbia Harbor House? And maybe Tangierine Cafe (sp?)

I, too would definitely recommend printing all of the allears CS menus. We did and planned our meals almost like ADR's. In addition to things already mentioned, we also loved the food court at Port Orleans and had customized pastas. Also, CHH is a new "must do." Happy planning and I think you will be surprised how well you can do on the QSDP.
