I looked on the FAQ thread and didn't see this specifically addressed - I know TS credits are now broken out as adult and child, but are the CS credits still pooled?

Thanks,
Candee

They are pooled in the account, but separated on the card by the denotation of who many adults and how many children are on the plan.

Your KTTW card says 2A/2C for example, and this is how the cashiers know how many children and adult meals to give you.

What if we're split up and don't eat at the same time?

It doesn't matter if your not all together. Every KTTW card has access to the meal plan. Enjoy your trip I'm leaving tonight to go I can't wait.

Actually what I meant was, what if we split up, how are they going to know if a child CS meal credit is used for an adult meal? Example: a 9-or -under wants pizza at Pizzafari. The parent leaves him with another parent or older sibling and orders 4 pizzas and uses 4 CS credits. Does that mean the family would have one less adult CS credit and now an extra child CS credit, or is a CS credit a CS credit? Because my original question was do they separate the CS credits now or still have them pooled.

I'm sorry I'm dense, we did the meal plan in 2006 when it was easy (and better IMHO). But it's still the cheapest way to eat well at WDW.

Thanks,
Candee

Candee - You wanted some clarification on children's credits vs adult's credits for CS locations. You have received that. The credits are to be used as they are paid for. Adult credits for adult CS meals and Child credits for child CS meals.

The total number of credits is pooled in your account, the card denotes how many child credits or adult credits can be used at a time.

Children are to order from the child's menu when available. Some CS's have no children's menus. Casey's is one that I can think of just off of the top of my head. There you can use a child's credit to purchase an adult's meal.

Unfortunately this seems to be turning from clarification to hints to work around the rules set forth by Disney.

As such we are closing this thread.
