I had lunch at CP yesterday for the first time ever and I quite enjoyed it. Some of my favorite selections were:
Beef, Romaine, and Bleu Cheese Salad (reminded me of the Beef salad @ Kona)
Potato Salad (much better than the "potato salad" I had last week @ Plaza).
Green Bean Cassarolle
Wild Mushroom and Asiago Creme Pasta
Flat Iron Steak
Tropical Chicken
Garlic Mashed Redskin Potatoes
Lemon Squares
Chocolate Chip Cookies (I took one "for the road", soft and buttery!)
The interior of CP is GORGEOUS! This has now become the top of my "favorites" list (Akershus is a close second, but they charge extra for drinks and desserts).

Thanks Steve for the review. It has been a while since we have been to CP and we always only had breakfast there. We are going to try an early lunch on our upcoming trip on a EE day.

It wasn't booked solid, but business was farily brisk. I was told there would be about a 20 minute wait, I waited about 5 minutes (solos almost never have a wait anywhere, though).
