My DD wants to see Tigger and Pooh and those guys.... so we are going to book a character meal at Crystal Palace.....
When is the best time to go when the Characters are the most interactive??? Breakfast, lunch, or dinner??
Food quality is secondary to be honest... more interested in fun times with the characters!!

thanks!

We have gone to CP every trip since 1996 and the characters where always friendly and interactive.

We always went with dinner, but last May went for lunch. It was a good break for us to get out of the heat. This year, we will be doing dinner before our MVMCP since we will not have any heat issues in December.

Have a good time!!!

This past December we did a dinner at Crystal Palace on our MVMCP night. We took a PS at 5:15, but it was extremely hard to get seeing that this was indeed a MVMCP night. In fact, I had to call three times before finally getting the reservation via DVC Member Services.

The characters were all very interactive, especially Tigger. It was crowded for dinner though. Don't know if that will affect your decision at all.

Dinner seems to make sense to me... we are not big breakfast eaters and I know we just want to rush to get to the parks! And lunch seems like it could be difficult to schedule into the day. I am leaning toward dinner as well...
I am glad to hear they are pretty interactive.... I love Tigger too! :)

I was there for an 11:30 lunch a couple of weeks ago. It was not too busy and the food was great. I will definitely go again.

We went for Breakfast before the park opened it was nice to walk down Main St without the crowds good chance for pictures without all the people. And the Characters are great they come around to each table so every child has some one on one time with them and once every 1/2hr or so they do a parade through the restaurant and the kids get to go march with them.

they have four routes for the characters and they take turns following each route so that each table is visited each hour. the only problem is the people who jump up and run to another section with their kids and interupt the sequence even though they tell you when you are seated to just be patient and you will get to see them all, like the line jumpers at character autograph sessions(but dont get me started). the food is diverse and very good, you will be happy no matter which meal you choose
