Crystal Palace before park opening

I want to do this on my birthday in December for breakfast -- which falls on a Sunday. Is Sunday one of those "stay away from MK" days?

I think it is just in general busy at weekends with locals etc. that being said if you got an early ADR and get in before park opening you should still get lots done. If it's your first full day like most of us you will have been up since dawn so make the most if the early ADR.

Actually we'll be coming off the ship the day before -- so this will be our second day. Can't decide which park to do on Saturday. :confused3

Ah well just see what takes your fancy on the Saturday. Depending on what time you get into your resort and what tickets you have it might not be worth going to a park on the Saturday.
I would say though that we love the early ADR at CP it's just so magical seeing the MK so quiet.

We're getting our towncar from the port at about 9:15, so hope to be in the park(s) by 11:30 or so. We do have park hopper passes, so can skip around (bought them at 3-day with the 4th day free). Maybe Hollywood studios and then over to Epcot for late night. Of course, it depends on what they plan for late hours and early openings for each park!

If I have a reservation for CP at 9:15 how early will they let us in? Do we have to wait for the park to open since our time is after the park opens? I was hoping for a pre opening ADR but there haven't been any available. I'm really wishing we can get in early to take pictures on Main Street.

If it was me I would take the chance and get there an hour - or more if you are feeling brave - before your reservation time. The worse thing that can happen is they won't let you in, so you stick around the entrance and watch the opening ceremony instead.
