I think we allowed ourselves to sleep in a little, probably woke up around 8:30. I couldn't stay in bed any longer, too much to do! It was beautiful and sunny out. Apparently on sea days the Captain and his crew look at the weather charts and find a sunny spot in the sea and just stay there or move on when the weather changes. Clayton told us that at the show later in the evening. I thought that was pretty cool.
Our view from the room.
We decided to head to Cabanas for breakfast since that was the last breakfast place on the list we hadn't been to. It was delicious. Tons and tons of choices, too much food to eat in one sitting. I'm sorry I didn't get any pictures of the line this time, there were so many people at each pod it was impossible.
My plate,
mom's plate,
and we both had an omlette. Mine with mushrooms and cheese, hers with mushrooms, onions and cheese. Delicious! Now there is no sign that there is an omlette station, but Charlie our server told us there was one so I asked the CMs and was directed to it. You don't have to stand and wait for it, they'll take your order and tell you about how long it will take.
Have I mentioned how fabulous the croisants were? They were FABULOUS! My mother lived in France for a few years and when a croisant passes her test I know it's not just me. I always wanted to go back for more food, but didn't want to stuff myself because I knew I wanted to be hungry later for more goodies. Oh the trials one faces on a cruise

Some people actually saw a whale when I went to get more diet coke. Just my luck I missed it. We stayed for a few minutes to enjoy the sun, but mom wanted to see Jack Jack's Mad Dash which started shortly so we headed out. I had no idea why she wanted to see it but obliged. On the way down to the atrium we stopped and got the t-shirts I mentioned earlier. I'll post them again in case some new people missed them. These were only available on the Sea Day, and only at Quacks.
front,
back,
if you spend more than $25 you could get this bag for $14.95, and since money is so easily spent when all you have to do is hand over your KTTW card this was purchased also.

Pink is my favorite color and I love glittery things so I do like it, but probably wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't a 'deal'.
Of course I had to have these little guys. They are just so adorable I can't stand it.
We were a little late for the first 'round' but all the babies that participated were put into groups of four and the winners of the groups were then matched. This was so adorable! I am so glad mom wanted to see this. Some parents easily coaxed their babies to move, others just had no luck.
You can barely see him, but the little boy in green had almost made it to the finish line and then just sat down and wouldn't move. The little girl in pink finally was interested in her dad's phone and hightailed it down the course. It was just so cute to watch.
And they even had Jack Jack at the end!
There were a few more rounds, each as enjoyable as the last and ultimately the fastest baby was dubbed the champion. Very cute and fun, another thing I'm glad mom insisted on.
We started heading to the room to drop off our purchases but since we were already on Deck 5 I suggested we start the Midship Detective Agency because once you start it you can play anytime.
Well if we hadn't gone back to start the Midship Detective Agency we would have totally missed one of my favorite shows of the cruise. In the Daily Navigator right after Jack Jack's Mad Dash was a 'Dance Party'. It didn't say anything else so it didn't catch my attention at all, but it was absolutely as fun as the pirate dance party the night before. One CM hosted it, and another CM was the DJ, and Stitch, Lilu, Goofy, Chip, and Dale came out in the crowd and showed people how to dance. I took a video but it is about 25 minutes long so I won't post it here unless you guys are interested, but it was a fun fun show!
Our host and DJ. He had so much energy it was amazing. I'm sorry it's blurry, but he was so good he's worthy of having his photo shown.
Here is a picture of Deck 5's balcony over the Atrium. This is where we watched the Dance Party.
The lights are hidden inside the ceiling until needed which I thought was pretty neat. And that's actually Shutters on Deck 4.
